David Niebach, CRM, MBA, FCPA, FCGA

David Niebach, has over two decades of experience in Executive Leadership, Accounting, Finance, Enterprise Risk Management, Strategy Development and Execution and Leadership Development and Coaching. He holds a BBA (honours) from SAIT, a MBA (with distinction) from Laurentian University and holds his Fellowship designation with CPA Alberta.

His experience working for industry leading organizations during high-growth as well as recessionary cycles has provided significant breadth and depth of business acumen.

David has served as CEO and CFO for various companies. David has held various leadership positions in enterprises with billings exceeding $8B and has successfully negotiated contracts in excess of $10.0B.

Leadership Development is one of his passions and callings and he has been delivering courses at the post-secondary level as well as in corporate settings.

David serves on various boards, including, Internal Audit committee for GoA, Myeloma Canada (Secretary), the St. Albert Economic Development Advisory Board (past-chair), the NAIT Accounting Program Advisory Committee.

In addition to a highly successful career, David has volunteered countless hours for post-secondary institutions as well as CPA Alberta.

Ashley Niebach

Ashley has decades of Sales experience both on B2C and B2B, having worked high volume retail as well as B2B for international companies.

Her passion is marketing and sales and she has been able to build a successful retail business in St. Albert, AB.

Ashley has a vast amount of experience in merchandising, social media and keen eye for product placement which has been integral in her business’ growth.

Over the years Ashley has spent time living abroad and gained a strong knowledge of different cultures, which in turn allows her to be able to connect with people from all kinds of backgrounds and tailor messaging to fit the audience.
